I believe this is going to be very challenging for many parents, but I also understand the Board must balance and prioritize. Is the District’s policy regarding discipline of students fair? Does the District administer student discipline fairly and appropriately?

The district has been working hard to improve the discipline policy and the equity of how it is applied. Should the board require teachers to assign homework?

I don’t believe homework is always necessary or even helpful for all students on all subjects. I think teachers should have the flexibility to assign homework they feel is necessary and that middle and high schools should work to ensure student’s total homework load is reasonable.
